1. Acceptance of the terms
Using the Punti Furbi website (the “Site”) constitutes acceptance of these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Description of the service
Punti Furbi publishes guides, comparisons, reviews and information tools about personal finance, accounts, cards, loyalty programmes, travel and eSIMs. The content helps users compare features, costs, benefits and terms, but does not constitute financial, tax, legal or personalised advice.
Punti Furbi Pro
Pro includes availability alerts by email, up to 30 days of date flexibility, multi-airport and city searches, a points wallet, return trips and up to 9 passengers. The limits are 100 searches per day and 10 active alerts. Wallet balances are updated manually.
The free trial lasts 30 days and is available once per account. Stripe requires a payment method; no subscription fee is charged during the trial. At the end of the trial, the subscription renews automatically at €4.99 per month.
You can cancel through “Manage subscription” in your account. To avoid the first charge, cancel before the trial ends. After cancelling, you retain access until the end of the current period; you can view and delete your balances and alerts even after returning to the Free plan.
Award availability changes: alerts report results found during checks and do not reserve seats. Verify the award on the programme's website before transferring points.
3. Use of the Site
Users may use the Site to:
- Read guides, reviews and editorial comparisons
- Compare accounts, cards, travel services and eSIMs
- Use calculators, tables and other information resources
- Access providers' current terms through external links
4. Limitations of liability
Punti Furbi provides content for information purposes. We are not responsible for:
- The availability or accuracy of the offers shown
- Application approvals, account openings or services provided by banks and other operators
- Any changes to the prices or terms of offers
- Decisions made without checking official documents and your personal circumstances
- Technical problems or service interruptions
5. Affiliate links and remuneration
Some links are affiliate links: if a user completes a qualifying action on the provider's website, Punti Furbi may receive a commission at no extra cost to the user. A commercial relationship does not replace checking the official terms and does not guarantee eligibility, approval or the suitability of the product for an individual user.
6. External links
The Site contains links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of these external sites. You use these links at your own risk.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Punti Furbi or its respective owners and is protected by copyright law.
8. Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will fall within the jurisdiction of the court with territorial competence.
